Ingredients
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can yellow beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can chichi beans
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light oil (preferably canola)
Method
- Drain all cans of beans.
- Rinse the red kidney beans.
- Mix together in a large bowl with onion sliced and separated into rings.
