Ingredients
- 2 cup long grain rice
- 1 onion diced
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes drained
- 3 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1/2 cup diced carrorts
- 2 dash salt n pepper to taste
Method
- brown.
- rice in large pan in olive oil
- add peas garlic onion carrots
- microwave chicken stock or broth 5 minutes add to rice let simmer and cover for 15 min
- let stand 5 min
