Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- flour
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. vegetable or beef extract
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. boiling water
Method
- For the noodles, mix together eggs, salt and enough flour to make very stiff dough.
- Roll out very thin and allow to stand in cool place for 3 or 4 hours.
- Roll up and slice very thin.
