Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 3 to 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
Method
- Place ground beef in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Salt and pepper ground beef.
- Place a layer of thinly sliced onions over ground beef.
- Place a layer of thinly sliced potatoes over onions. Salt potatoes.
- Alternate layers of onions and potatoes.
- Pour mushroom soup on top.
- Do not add water.
- Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours
- or until potatoes are tender.
