Ingredients
- Chopped green pepper
- 1 lb. bottle or less Ragu (fresh Italian)
- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. celery
- 4 oz. canned or fresh mushrooms
- Garlic (or throw in) crushed clove
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1-1/2 lb. of hamburger or sausage, (fried)
- 12 oz.dry spaghetti
- Salt to taste
Method
- Saute onion, celery, parsley and mushrooms (if fresh) and chopped pepper.
