Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen broccoli
  • 1 stick butter, divided in half
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 4 bouillon cubes
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing

Method

  • Steam broccoli just until tender.
  • Put in bottom of casserole. Melt 1/2 stick of butter in medium pan.
  • Stir in flour until smooth.
  • Add milk and bouillon cubes and cook until thick.
  • Pour over broccoli.
  • Prepare Stove Top as per box directions using other half of butter.
  • Pat on top of broccoli.
  • Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
