Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion or 2 Tbsp. dried, minced onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 to 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Method
- Cook and stir hamburger, onion and garlic until brown.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over hot spaghetti.
