Ingredients

  • 6 oz. pkg. spaghetti
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 well beaten eggs
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef or pork
  • 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1 (8 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

Method

  • Cook spaghetti; drain.
  • Stir butter in hot spaghetti; stir cheese mixture and eggs in spaghetti.
  • Form spaghetti into crust in buttered pie plate or casserole dish.
  • Cook burger and the rest of ingredients.
  • Spread on top of spaghetti.
  • Put extra cheese on top if desired.
  • Bake uncovered at 350° for 20 minutes.
