Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1 large can cooked tomatoes
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkg. thin spaghetti
Method
- In electric skillet, salt the bottom of the skillet and crumble meat and let brown (no need to add oil to skillet, ground beef has enough oil).
- Add onion, garlic and chili powder and stir.
- Add tomatoes and tomato sauce and stir.
- Add oregano and Parmesan cheese.
- Use two knives to cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces.
- Simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
