Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 large can cooked tomatoes
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg. thin spaghetti

Method

  • In electric skillet, salt the bottom of the skillet and crumble meat and let brown (no need to add oil to skillet, ground beef has enough oil).
  • Add onion, garlic and chili powder and stir.
  • Add tomatoes and tomato sauce and stir.
  • Add oregano and Parmesan cheese.
  • Use two knives to cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces.
  • Simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
