- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 large can tomato soup
- spaghetti, cooked
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. basil
Method
- Mix beef, bread crumbs, egg, milk, onion and salt.
- Brown mixture; drain.
- Add garlic, flour, oregano and basil.
- Stir in tomato paste and tomato soup.
- Heat to serving temperature.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions; toss with melted margarine and add to casserole dish.
- Pour beef mixture; top with cheese.
- Bake until brown in a preheated 350° oven.
- Serve hot.
