Ingredients

  • 175 g spaghetti, cooked
  • 390 g spaghetti sauce
  • 150 g ground pork
  • 1 medium potato, grated
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped

Method

  • Combine pork, potato and green onions for meatballs.
  • Season with 1-1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp iodized rock salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Form each tablespoon of mixture into balls.
  • Fry in oil until golden brown.
  • Set aside.
  • In a saucepan, simmer meatballs in Spaghetti Sauce for about 5 minutes.
  • Pour over cooked Spaghetti.
  • Top with grated cheese if desired.
