Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Method

  • Saute diced onions and bell peppers in butter.
  • Brown meat. Add salt, pepper, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce; simmer 10 minutes.
  • Add diced onions and peppers, tomato sauce and soups. Simmer at least 1 hour.
  • Cook over low heat.
