- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 medium onions
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Saute diced onions and bell peppers in butter.
- Brown meat. Add salt, pepper, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce; simmer 10 minutes.
- Add diced onions and peppers, tomato sauce and soups. Simmer at least 1 hour.
- Cook over low heat.
