Ingredients
- 400 ml Soy milk
- 1/2 block Silken tofu
- 1/2 tbsp Chicken stock or Japanese dashi
- 1 Green onion or scallion
Method
- Chop tofu into 4 pieces.
- Put the soy milk and chicken stock into a pot, and then while stirring quickly with a ladle, add the tofu and turn on the heat.
- Use low-medium heat, and when the tofu is warm, it's finished.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, and add green onions if you like.
