Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1 beef flank steak (1 lb./450 g), 1 inch thick, trimmed

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except steak; pour over steak in shallow dish.
  • Turn to coat both sides of steak.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Grill steak 5 to 6 min.
  • on each side or to medium doneness.
  • Remove from barbecue; cover.
  • Let stand 8 to 10 min.
  • before cutting across the grain into thin slices.
