Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 beef flank steak (1 lb./450 g), 1 inch thick, trimmed
Method
- Mix all ingredients except steak; pour over steak in shallow dish.
- Turn to coat both sides of steak.
- Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
- Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill steak 5 to 6 min.
- on each side or to medium doneness.
- Remove from barbecue; cover.
- Let stand 8 to 10 min.
- before cutting across the grain into thin slices.
