Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Beat eggs with whisk.
- Add salt, butter, syrup, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
- Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell; sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
