Ingredients
- 2 lb. bag southern hash browns
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 c. crushed potato chips
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Mix first 5 ingredients together.
- Add crushed potato chips on top.
- Melt margarine, pour over potatoes and bake 1 hour at 350°.
