Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 3 c. cooked and coarsely chopped turkey or chicken
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 can water (I use milk)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Method
- Cook broccoli; drain and arrange in a greased casserole. Place chicken or turkey over broccoli.
- Combine soup, water, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in a small bowl.
- Mix well.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 20 or 25 minutes or until bubbly.
