Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 3 c. cooked and coarsely chopped turkey or chicken
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1/2 can water (I use milk)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder

Method

  • Cook broccoli; drain and arrange in a greased casserole. Place chicken or turkey over broccoli.
  • Combine soup, water, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder in a small bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour sauce over chicken.
  • Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 20 or 25 minutes or until bubbly.
