Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Sourdough Starter
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Method
- Separate egg whites and yolks; beat whites until stiff, but not dry.
- Combine egg yolks, oil and salt; beat until smooth. Stir in Sourdough Starter (see recipe in this section).
