Ingredients
- 2 c. 110~ water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water
Method
- In evening, put water in a large bowl.
- Add yeast.
- Add flour and beat.
- Cover with a plate and leave in a warm place overnight. In the morning, add salt, sugar, eggs and baking soda dissolved in water.
- Beat thoroughly.
- Bake on hot griddle.
- Pancakes are very thin.
- Makes 24 to 40 pancakes which also freeze well.
