Ingredients
- Pie Crust
- 1 Pint Heavy Cream
- 1/4 to 1/2 c sugar
- 4 apples
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- (you can adjust the sugar down to 1/4 cup since the apples are sweet anyway and use 1/2 & 1/2 insteaed of heavy cream)
Method
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Peel apples and slice thin. (this will ensure apples cook thru.)
- Mix egg, cream, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Add sliced/diced apples until shell is full.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over top.
- Cook at 375 for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour or until fork comes out clean.
