Ingredients
- 4 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Place flour in a bowl.
- Make a well in center.
- Drop eggs, water and salt into it.
- Work into flour with one hand and knead until smooth and elastic.
- Pinch off small balls and roll each out very thin as though for noodle strips.
- Fry in deep oil until light brown.
- Drain on brown paper.
- When cool, sift powdered sugar over.
