Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (225 g each) Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese
  • 1 green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup chopped green olives
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 3 Cheese Mexicana Cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Method

  • Heat oven to 350F.
  • Prepare Kraft Dinners in large saucepan as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, cook peppers and onions in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 3 min.
  • Add cilantro, olives and garlic; cook and stir 5 min.
  • or until vegetables are tender.
  • Add sour cream, and half each of the vegetable mixture and shredded cheese to prepared Kraft Dinners; mix well.
  • Spoon into 1.5-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining vegetable mixture and shredded cheese.
  • Bake 10 min.
  • or until heated through.
