Ingredients
- 2 pkg. (225 g each) Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green olives
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 3 Cheese Mexicana Cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Method
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Prepare Kraft Dinners in large saucepan as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, cook peppers and onions in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 3 min.
- Add cilantro, olives and garlic; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until vegetables are tender.
- Add sour cream, and half each of the vegetable mixture and shredded cheese to prepared Kraft Dinners; mix well.
- Spoon into 1.5-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining vegetable mixture and shredded cheese.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until heated through.
