Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fennel seed
- 1 tablespoon rose hips (organic)
- 1 tablespoon sage leaf
- 1 tablespoon thyme leaves
- For Each Cup
- 2 -3 slices fresh ginger (thin)
- 1 slice orange (thin)
- honey or lemon, if desired
Method
- Combine all ingredients, using one tsp of combined herb mixture for each cup of tea.
- Pour boiling water over herbs, ginger and orange slice.
- Steep 10-15 minutes, strain and serve hot with honey or lemon, if desired.
