Ingredients
- 1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
- 1 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1 Tbsp. low-fat smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Method
- In a blender or food processor, blend or process the cottage cheese, milk, peanut butter, honey and cinnamon until well blended.
- Put into a container.
- Stir in raisins.
- Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Spread on miniature rice cakes or toasted mini bagels for quick snack.
