Ingredients

  • 4 Bone-in Cut Pork Chops
  • 3 Tablespoons Mesquite Seasoning (I Used McCormick's Grill-mates)
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 3 Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Cooked Bacon Pieces, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil Or Regular Mayonnaise

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with foil and spray a little nonstick cooking spray on the foil.
  • Season pork chops with mesquite seasoning; place on baking sheet.
  • In a bowl combine cheese, onions, bacon and mayo.
  • Then spread cheese mixture evenly over pork chops.
  • Bake for 15 minutes then turn oven heat to broil and cook for about 3 more minutes or until pork chops brown.
  • Remove from the oven and dig in.
