Ingredients
- 1 lb. smoked sausage
- 4 c. shredded cabbage
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 can water chestnuts
- garlic to taste
- 2 c. beef bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- soy sauce to taste
Method
- Stir-fry meat until brown; put in bowl.
- Put all vegetables in pan; stir-fry until crisp-tender.
- Return meat.
- Mix bouillon, cornstarch and soy sauce; pour over all.
- Stir-fry until sauce is slightly thickened.
