Ingredients
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 qt. water
- garlic powder (as you like it)
- 1 Tbsp. marjoram
- 1 Tbsp. Accent (delete if friends are allergic)
Method
- Marinate fish in brine for 24 hours.
- Wipe dry and let stand for one hour.
- Smoke in your smoker for 4 to 5 hours.
