Ingredients

  • 8 ounce. macaroni (prepare & drain)
  • 1 c. cubed longhorn or possibly other tangy cheese
  • 1 c. cubed Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, pepper & Accent

Method

  • Cube the longhorn and Swiss cheeses in 1/2 inch cubes.
  • In greased casserole, arrange a layer of macaroni and then a layer of the 3 cheeses.
  • Alternate these layers till ingredients are gone.
  • (End with a layer of cheese on top), season each cheese layer with salt, pepper and Accent to your family's taste.
  • Make white sauce and pour over the casserole and top with a thick layer of buttered crumbs and a sprinkling of Parmesan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min, or possibly till bubbly and brown.
  • Serves about 6.
