Ingredients
- 8 ounce. macaroni (prepare & drain)
- 1 c. cubed longhorn or possibly other tangy cheese
- 1 c. cubed Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper & Accent
Method
- Cube the longhorn and Swiss cheeses in 1/2 inch cubes.
- In greased casserole, arrange a layer of macaroni and then a layer of the 3 cheeses.
- Alternate these layers till ingredients are gone.
- (End with a layer of cheese on top), season each cheese layer with salt, pepper and Accent to your family's taste.
- Make white sauce and pour over the casserole and top with a thick layer of buttered crumbs and a sprinkling of Parmesan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min, or possibly till bubbly and brown.
- Serves about 6.
