Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground sausage
- 1/2 small onion, browned and drained
- 9 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 3 slices cubed bread
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper
Method
- Whip eggs and milk together.
- Soak cubed bread 10 minutes. Add meat, onion, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
- Pour into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake in a 325° oven for 40 minutes until firm and sprinkle with paprika.
