- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 small green pepper, minced
- 1 can tomato soup
Method
- Place onion, pepper and ground beef in a large skillet and cook, crumbling the beef as it cooks.
- After the meat is thoroughly cooked, add the tomato soup using a small amount of water to clean out the soup left in the can.
- Stir to mix thoroughly and simmer on low heat 5-10 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
