Ingredients
- 4 lb. ground beef
- 3 cans tomato sauce
- catsup
- 2 medium onions
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- chili powder
Method
- Brown hamburg and onions.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper. (More onion can be added if desired, and 1 pepper could be browned.)
- After browning slowly pour in saucepan and add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, couple shakes of chili powder and small amount of catsup.
- Simmer this mixture for 1 1/2 hours, very slowly.
- Allow 10 sandwiches to 1 pound hamburg.
- Worcestershire sauce and chili powder can be used according to how much seasoning desired.
