Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. Sloppy Joe seasoning mix (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown ground chuck in a frying pan and drain. Put in slow cooker, adding remaining ingredients.
- Stir thoroughly.
- Cook, covered, on low 8 to 10 hours or high for 5 hours.
