Ingredients
- 8 to 10 potatoes, scrubbed (any kind but Idaho)
- Parmesan cheese
- paprika
- seasoned salt
- oleo
Method
- Grease a 2-quart casserole. Slice potatoes with skins.
- Layer potatoes, seasoned salt and Parmesan cheese.
- Dot with oleo. Repeat layers until dish is full.
- Add paprika for color. Bake 1 hour at 375°.
- Very good warmed up. Warm up 1/2 hour at 350°.
