Ingredients
- 3 lb. cabbage
- 2 green peppers
- 2 onions
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 jar pimento pepper
- 2 c. water
Method
- Boil sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard seed and water for 3 minutes; cool.
- Chop cabbage, peppers and onions.
- Pour vinegar mixture over cabbage; refrigerate. Will keep for 2 to 3 weeks.
