Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) ppkg. cooked Kielbasa sausage
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz.) ppkg. taco seasoning
  • 3/4 c. hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. white sugar
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can black beans, drained
  • 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced black olives, drained
  • 2 c. pasta spirals, cooked

Method

  • Slice sausage; set aside.
  • In a large skillet, saut oil, peppers, onions, garlic, and ginger over medium heat.
  • Add taco seasoning and water; stir.
  • Stir in sugar.
  • Add sausage, beans, and olives; stir.
  • Simmer 5 min. or until sausage is heated through.
  • Stir in pasta and simmer an additional 3 min.
