- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can green enchilada sauce
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 2 Tbsp. green chilies
- 1 pkg. corn tortillas
- grated cheese
- black olives
Method
- Fry tortillas in oil until they are limp.
- Fry hamburger and drain. Add soup, sauce, milk, onion and green chilies. Fill tortillas with cheese and olives. Put them into the hamburger mixture.
- Top with cheese. Simmer 10 minutes.
