Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
- 5 c. sifted flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 1 c. cooking oil
Method
- Sift flour, soda, salt and sugar together.
- Add Raisin Bran; mix well.
- Beat the eggs; pour into flour mixture.
- Add buttermilk and cooking oil; stir well.
- Fill muffin pans (greased and floured) 2/3 full.
- Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
