Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. oil
- 5 tsp. baking soda
- 5 c. flour
- 1 qt. buttermilk
Method
- Mix Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in an extra large bowl (with lid).
- Add beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk, mixing well.
- Store in covered container in refrigerator and use as desired.
- Batter will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
- Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
- Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
