Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. oil
  • 5 tsp. baking soda
  • 5 c. flour
  • 1 qt. buttermilk

Method

  • Mix Raisin Bran, sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in an extra large bowl (with lid).
  • Add beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk, mixing well.
  • Store in covered container in refrigerator and use as desired.
  • Batter will keep in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
  • Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
  • Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
