Ingredients
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. coconut
- 1 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 stick butter
- caramel ice cream topping
- 3 graham cracker crusts
Method
- Brown coconut and nuts in oven with 1 stick oleo.
- Stir often. Cool.
- Mix cheese, milk and Cool Whip.
- Pour half into each pie shell.
- Pour topping over each half and cover with rest of mixture.
- Drizzle caramel on top of pies.
- Freeze before serving.
