Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated fettuccine
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup CLASSICO Creamy Alfredo Pasta Sauce
  • 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • dash black pepper
  • 1/4 cup DI GIORNO Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Method

  • Cook pasta as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken; cook and stir until chicken is cooked through.
  • Stir in sauce, mushrooms and pepper.
  • Reduce heat to low; cook 2 min.
  • or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain pasta.
  • Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
