Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 1/2 ounces dark chocolate
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon curry

Method

  • Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
  • Combine all of the above in a food processor and process.
  • Spoon the cookies on a prepared cookie sheet.
  • Combine the sugar topping in a small bowl. Gently press the top of the cookies with the bottom of a small glass; then dip the bottom of the glass in the sugar combo and once again gently press the cookies.
  • Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until slightly golden on the edges.
  • Gently remove cookies to a cookie rack and let cool.
