Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 5 cm Wasabi
Method
- Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
- First, cut it in half vertically.
- Remove the skin and pit, then cut it in half vertically again.
- Cut into pieces of any size.
- Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, and wasabi in a bowl.
- Add the avocado from Step 4, coat it with the sauce, and it's finished!
