Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 5 cm Wasabi

Method

  • Cut the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
  • First, cut it in half vertically.
  • Remove the skin and pit, then cut it in half vertically again.
  • Cut into pieces of any size.
  • Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, and wasabi in a bowl.
  • Add the avocado from Step 4, coat it with the sauce, and it's finished!
  • This recipe is yummy too!

  • Add squid to the same sauce as this and it'll taste even better.
