Ingredients
- 1 pound Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
- 1/4 cups Onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley Or 2 Sprigs Fresh
- 1 stick Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 cups White Wine
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Salt And Pepper, to taste
Method
- Melt butter over medium low heat.
- Saute onion, garlic and parsley in butter until tender.
- Add shrimp and cook, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
- Remove shrimp with a slotted spoon and keep warm.
- Add wine and lemon juice to the butter mixture and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour sauce over the shrimp.
- Serve with prepared white rice.
