Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of cayenne
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 lb. large fresh shrimp, shelled and drained
Method
- Melt butter; add oil, 1/2 parsley, garlic powder, salt, cayenne and lemon juice.
- Mix well.
- Add shrimp, tossing gently with butter mixture.
- Arrange in skillet in single layer.
- Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
