Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. whole fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Method
- Thread mushrooms on skewers.
- Combine butter, dill and garlic salt.
- Brush over mushrooms.
- Grill over hot coals for 10 to 15 minutes, basting and turning every 5 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
