- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. milk or white wine
- 2 green onions
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 c. broccoli flowerets
- 1 tsp. Trader Joe's lemon pepper blend
- 1 bag Trader Joe's lemon pepper pasta, cooked
- 1/4 c. Romano cheese, freshly grated
Method
- Saute shrimp in butter and lemon for a few minutes.
- Add onions, mushrooms and broccoli.
- When broccoli is done, add spices, then mix cornstarch with milk or wine.
- Slowly add to pan, stirring until it begins to bubble.
- Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with freshly grated cheese.
