Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. milk or white wine
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 1 tsp. Trader Joe's lemon pepper blend
  • 1 bag Trader Joe's lemon pepper pasta, cooked
  • 1/4 c. Romano cheese, freshly grated

Method

  • Saute shrimp in butter and lemon for a few minutes.
  • Add onions, mushrooms and broccoli.
  • When broccoli is done, add spices, then mix cornstarch with milk or wine.
  • Slowly add to pan, stirring until it begins to bubble.
  • Cover and simmer 5 to 7 minutes, until sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with freshly grated cheese.
