Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and peeled
  • 4 slices bacon, cut small
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2/3 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • dash of Tabasco

Method

  • Cut up shrimp, if large.
  • Fry bacon in pan.
  • Add onion, bell pepper and celery.
  • Cover and cook on low heat until tender.
  • Add shrimp, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
  • Cook 6 minutes.
  • Add cooked rice.
  • Stir well to mix.
  • Will serve 6.
