Ingredients
- 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and peeled
- 4 slices bacon, cut small
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2/3 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- dash of Tabasco
Method
- Cut up shrimp, if large.
- Fry bacon in pan.
- Add onion, bell pepper and celery.
- Cover and cook on low heat until tender.
- Add shrimp, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
- Cook 6 minutes.
- Add cooked rice.
- Stir well to mix.
- Will serve 6.
