Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 envelope Knox gelatin
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can shrimp
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Method
- Heat tomato soup in 3-quart saucepan.
- Dissolve Knox gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water, then add to soup.
- Add cream cheese to soup mixture.
- Stir until creamy.
- Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour into greased mold and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
- Serve with crackers.
