Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3 small pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/2 c. each minced onion, minced celery and minced bell pepper
- 3 small cans shrimp, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Method
- Combine tomato soup and cream cheese.
- Heat and stir, then add gelatin. Add mayonnaise and water.
- Stir. Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour in mold and congeal. Serve over crackers, Melba toast or party bread.
