Ingredients
- 12 ounces Shrimp (frozen , deveined)
- 8 ounces Linguine
- 2 pieces Jalapeno Peppers (Seeded and finely diced)
- 2 teaspoons Garlic (minced)
- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Method
- 1. RInse shrimp, pat dry with paper towels.
- 2. Cook linguine according to directions.
- 3. Coat large skillet with oil. Preheat over medium-high heat.
- 4. Add Jalapenos and garlic, cook and stir for 1 minute.
- 5. Add Shrimp, cook and stir for 3 minutes
- 6. Stir in tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Heat through.
- 7. Drain linguine, toss with shrimp mixture.
