Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Shrimp (frozen , deveined)
  • 8 ounces Linguine
  • 2 pieces Jalapeno Peppers (Seeded and finely diced)
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Method

  • 1. RInse shrimp, pat dry with paper towels.
  • 2. Cook linguine according to directions.
  • 3. Coat large skillet with oil. Preheat over medium-high heat.
  • 4. Add Jalapenos and garlic, cook and stir for 1 minute.
  • 5. Add Shrimp, cook and stir for 3 minutes
  • 6. Stir in tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Heat through.
  • 7. Drain linguine, toss with shrimp mixture.
